R&D Chief Retires from Pilot Chemical

Shook's career there spanned over 40 years.

Business success can sometimes be attributed by how long you retain employees. For example, Rick Shook is retiring from Pilot Chemical Company after nearly 40 years, most recently serving as vice president of research and development.
